By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SkyRoute Travels provides travel planning and booking services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom travel itinerary planning
  • Hotel and accommodation bookings
  • Flight and transportation arrangements
  • Tour and activity reservations
  • Travel consultation and advice
  • 24/7 travel support services
  • Business travel management
  • Group travel coordination

We act as an intermediary between you and various travel service providers. While we strive to provide accurate information and quality services, we do not directly operate hotels, airlines, or other travel services.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. This includes personal details, travel preferences, passport information, and payment details.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or activity
  • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harassment or abuse of our staff or partners
  • Transmission of malicious code or viruses
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Interfering with other users' use of our services
  • Commercial use without our express written consent

3.3 Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. We may provide guidance, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

4.2 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation
  • Additional fees may apply for special requests or modifications
  • Currency fluctuations may affect final pricing for international bookings

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment options. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems.

4.4 Service Fees

Our service fees are clearly outlined in your booking confirmation. These fees cover our consultation, planning, and booking services, and are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

  • More than 60 days before travel: Full refund minus service fees and any non-refundable supplier costs
  • 31-60 days before travel: 75% refund of refundable amounts
  • 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund of refundable amounts
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund unless covered by travel insurance

5.2 Modifications

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.

5.3 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), standard cancellation policies may not apply. We will work with suppliers and insurance providers to minimise losses.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances including:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical emergencies and evacuation
  • Lost or delayed luggage
  • Flight delays and missed connections
  • Personal liability coverage

While we can recommend insurance providers, the decision to purchase insurance and the selection of coverage is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provider Responsibility

SkyRoute Travels acts as an agent for various travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of hotels, airlines, tour operators, or other third-party service providers.

7.2 Limitation of Damages

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7.3 Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, travel details, schedules, and conditions may change. We recommend verifying important details directly with service providers before travel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SkyRoute Travels or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and as required to provide our travel services.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

10.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage resolving disputes through direct communication with our customer service team. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions to any issues.

10.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Dutch consumer protection laws.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may include bookings with third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. These providers have their own terms and conditions, which you agree to abide by when using their services.

We are not responsible for the terms, conditions, or performance of third-party service providers. Any disputes with such providers must be resolved directly with them.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent website notices.

Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services.
